Privacy Policy — Solvi Barcode Labels

Solvi Barcode Labels generates barcodes for your Shopify products and renders printable label sheets (PDF) from your product data. It runs inside the Shopify admin. Label sheets are rendered on our servers at your request and returned to your browser; generated PDFs are not retained after the response is sent.

The app stores only shop-scoped operational data, keyed by your shop domain:

• Your in-progress label composition (selected products, quantities, template).
• Shop settings (unit, locale, last template, enabled label fields).
• Barcode sequence counters and monthly label-usage counters.
• Named label templates you save.
• The OAuth session Shopify issues so the app can read your products.

• Customer personal data — never read, never stored.
• Orders, checkout or payment data.
• Generated PDFs — rendered on request and discarded once the response is sent.

The app requests the minimal Shopify Admin API scopes it needs to do its job:

• read_productsRead product and variant data (titles, SKUs, barcodes, prices) to compose your label sheets.
• write_productsSave generated barcodes to your product variants — the only write the app performs on your store.

The only write the app performs on your store is saving generated barcodes to your product variants. It never modifies titles, prices, inventory or anything else.

We do not sell or share your data with any other party.

The app implements Shopify’s three mandatory compliance webhooks:

• customers/data_request: the app stores no customer data, so there is nothing to return.
• customers/redact: no customer data is stored; nothing to redact.
• shop/redact: within 48 hours of Shopify’s request (sent 48 days after uninstall), all data for your shop — settings, compositions, counters, templates and sessions — is permanently deleted.

Uninstalling the app revokes its API access immediately. All shop data is deleted within 48 hours of Shopify’s shop/redact request, which Shopify sends 48 days after uninstall. We do not sell or share your data with any other party.
